SAP SuccessFactors Senior Talent Consultant

Whitehall Resources require a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Talent Consultant to work with a key client on an initial 6 month contract.

*This role will involve 10% on site work in Lancashire.

*The successful candidate will be required to operate through an FCSA accredited umbrella company.

SAP SuccessFactors Senior Talent Consultant

Role Spec:
. Responsible for leading the delivery of an innovative, robust, and future-proof global SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals management solution for a large, multi-national organisation
. Strong experience of 'hands on' SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management configuration, and knowledge and experience of integration into the rest of the SuccessFactors suite.
. Ability to plan, prepare and deliver design and playback workshops
. Guide the customer on SF talent best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors product roadmap
. Ability to communicate effectively and manage a broad set of stakeholders at all levels within a client's organization
. Lead the PMGM workstream across all phases of the project, working flexibly and incorporating a multi location delivery model
. Certification in SuccessFactors PMGM and other talent modules
. Experience of delivering SuccessFactors at large, complex organisations
