UAT Test Lead/QA Manager, Jira, Healthcare, £45k

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior UAT Test Lead or Junior QA Manager who will be responsible for the following:

Developing a UAT plan
Aligned to business analysis, working with the project team to write and deliver test plans, acceptance test cases, test scripts and their execution;
Facilitate and manage the UAT process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for stakeholders
Accountability for the planning and management of the delivery of the User Acceptance Testing;
Support and contribute to the UAT resource planning;
Identify and manage cross project dependencies;
Ownership of the overall UAT programme;
Support and contribute to the UAT Estimation process;
Lead the defect management and triage process
Co-ordinate test execution and provide regular results and dashboards

Skills:

• Experience of working with Third Party software solutions and vendors;
• Extensive experience of working and delivery of change in regulated, highly controlled environments;
• Experience of working with and in high velocity, quality focused software development and delivery teams;
• Experience of working with issue management systems, such as Jira;
• Must have a proven track record in managing UAT teams
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Healthcare domain knowledge is desirable
