Must has experience with Lean Service Procurement in SAP S/4HANA
Duration-12 months
Start Date-ASAP! Ideally immediate (1-2 weeks)
Location. Stavanger (Norway) important.
on site 3/4 days per week
SAP lean process. Is a new S4 process in Service process in S4 Hana
Main responsibilities:
Drive architecture and design to direct the solution of the lean service procurement area.
Address overall and specific architecture, integration and design problems and requirements, through the application of technical, business process and/or industry knowledge in relation to clients system landscape and IT strategy with direct reference to the project's overall solution architect.
Drive solution prototyping, participate in technology selection, control the quality, compliance and security of the solution development.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders for the solution plan for the lean service procurement area.
Serve as liaison to other Implementation workstreams on process and technical integration issues.
Work closely with IT Solution Architects and functional leads in the teams to refine end to end business process scenarios to confirm the integration between process areas
Ensure adherence to SAP Best practice in the area of lean service procurement and ensure recommendation are in line with future roadmap on collaborative supplier relationship management platform (incl. SAP Business Network and SAP Fieldglass)

Configuration of Lean Service Procurement: Configure SAP S/4HANA to enable lean service procurement. This involves setting up master data, organizational structures, and procurement processes tailored to service procurement.
Master Data Setup: Ensure that master data such as service providers/vendors, service categories, and service specifications are properly maintained in the system
Contracts and Agreements: Set up contracts and agreements with service providers/vendors. These contracts should include terms and conditions, pricing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Service Procurement Process: Define the procurement process for acquiring services. This typically involves creating purchase requisitions, obtaining approvals, creating purchase orders, and managing service entry sheets for recording service delivery.
Integration with SAP Ariba or Fieldglass (if applicable): If your organization uses SAP Ariba or Fieldglass for managing external workforce or services procurement, integrate these solutions with SAP S/4HANA to streamline the end-to-end procurement process.
Approval Workflow Configuration: Configure approval workflows for purchase requisitions and purchase orders to ensure compliance with organizational policies and budgetary constraints.
Reporting and Analytics: Set up reporting and analytics capabilities to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service procurement, such as spend analysis, vendor performance, and contract compliance.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the lean service procurement process. Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimize procurement operations.
