Media Supervisor, Communications Planning Investments, is responsible for supporting the agency's communications-planning practice and discipline for the product (a 140 Million-dollar media account under the P G portfolio). This person has a minimum of 4?5 years of agency experience developing and implementing media strategy for clients resulting in tangible business results. This is a senior leadership position within the company that must effectively manage work through people and thus consistently coach, counsel, and model the company's desired performance standards. Responsibilities -? Target development and segmentation -? Communications strategy (North Star that guides all strategiestactics) -? Channel allocation and investments -? KPIs and measurement -? Media partnerships and activations -? Social (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube) -? Programmatic (DSPDMP) -? Publisher Direct -? TV -? OOHDOOH -? Streaming -? Branded Content -? Fully integrated planning and buying across the user journey -? Strong handle and stewardship of traditional and digital -? Leadership in strategiestactics including prospecting, retargeting, nurturing, and awareness -? Path-to-purchase insights -? Recommend optimizations for KPI success in paid media -? Approach to Paid, Owned, and Earned -? Understanding of measurement and attribution of paid media -? Client presentations and recommendations -? Staff training -? Leadership -? Coaching -? Interface regularly with clients to ensure an ongoing rapport and insight into their businesses - Participate in trade shows and new business presentations Accountabilities -? Overall stewardship of the business (140 Million-dollar ad spend) -? Excellence in media delivery and client management -? Leadership both externally and internally -? Strategic thought leadership -?
